(Inside Science) -- Pregnancy might seem like the perfect time to sit back and relax. You likely feel more tired than usual, and backaches from carrying extra weight can hinder wanting to get up and be active. But unless you're experiencing complications, sitting around won't help. Today, moms are encouraged to exercise throughout their pregnancies. Researchers discuss some advice, guidelines and tips for working out while pregnant -- and how it helps mom-to-be and baby too.
