Today I found myself awash in new ways to look at sports. From projects that investigated some of the assumptions people firmly believe about basketball to examinating the changing face of managing sports leagues to finding a performance edge in blood chemistry, the Sloan Sports Analytics conference is presenting entire new ways of evaluating sports.
In fact, there's so much good information to process that a quick blog entry or two on any of these topics wouldn't do them justice. Please stay tuned for more.
