(Inside Science) -- Vampire bats are the only mammals that can fly and feed exclusively on blood. But, just in case you're concerned about death-by-vampire bat this Halloween, rest assured, they can't eat enough to kill even their prefered prey, horses and cattle. And, unless you live in Central or South America it is unlikely you'll stumble upon a vampire bat this Halloween.
